Ok, so everyone else has been creating their own Stamping Blogs, so of course I had to too! I will post new projects I create up here so all my stampin' friends back in the US can see what I've been up to - and perhaps I can inspire a few of you to pull out those stamp sets and get to work!
So, here is a card I created on Monday night while waiting for DH to return from his trip to Nurnburg. I was chatting with my upline on the phone and had seen this incredible card on Splitcoaststampers by jojot and I decided I HAD to CASE it!! I don't have any Chocolate Chip CS over here yet (gotta add that to my order for Jan. 1!!) so I changed teh colors a bit...but overall I'm happy with the results. I stamped with canvas on Very Vanillaa CS using Creamy Caramel ink, then stamped the bird and branch images from Touch of Nature in Basic Black. I quickly watercolored them using my aquapainter, distressed the edges, then did all the layers and background stamping and assemled. It took me a while to find colors I was happy with...but otherwise it's really a fairly quick card! I hope you all enjoy it!
