PWC102: Another Prettie Sketch!

And it's ROUND!!! I have to admit, I really don't like round cards...but this one was fun!! And since I know Frances loves them...I suppose I can deal! I used my nesties to cut the layers of this fun tropical SU! dp. I added the rik-rak piece then put little Sophia on with some ribbons. tada!
