PW: Black and White and Red All Over?

I remember when that used to be one of the funniest jokes I knew. Unfortunately, my repertoire hasn't improved much with time! But, Frances challenged us all to make a black and white card with some red. I know, I copped out and used Wade...but he's so perfect for this color challenge how could I resist??Wade E. Bug was stamped with Palette Noir ink on watercolor paper, then colored in with the neutrals watercolor crayons, riding hood red ink pad and my aquapainter. He was then mounted on some riding hood red cardstock and then basic black. The white layer is from the SU! specialty cardstock set again, and I clipped the corners and adhered some pearls on to the black card base. Oh yeah...and that's the lovely velvety ribbon from a retiring Ribbon Originals set. LOVE it!!Thanks for the fun challenge Frances!! Be sure to check out all the other Prettie Blogs to see what they've come up with...I can't wait to see them all myself!
