Blog Bon-Bons!

I've sailed past 25k hits...and I'm almost within the top 100 stamping sites, so that seems like a good reason to celebrate. Plus... you all have been so kind to listen to my ramblings about all these trips...even though I don't stamp or post for days on end when I'm traveling! I appreciate all that!!

So, here are some bon-bons for you. As always, I've included some yummy chocolate (Belgian this time!) along with a few spots, some SU! hemp, some cuddled cardstock and some stamped Bellas, some Schmuck (which can be translated to jewelry/bling) and some felt flowers. Oh yeah....and a stamp set! I ended up with an extra SU! hostess set, Riveting over here, so I want to pass it along to one of you. However, I apologize - there is no wood or plastic case with it, just the rubber and sticker sheet.

So to enter, leave a comment on this post telling me someplace you've always wanted to visit. Greece is perhaps the top of that list for me, and I'm truly ecstatic that we're going there in less than a week! I'll pick a winner on Tuesday evening, June 5th, before we leave. Good luck!

TFL!

  1. OMG Jana that is hard because there is two places I am dying to go to.....Italy and Hawaii and I guess I probably will never get there...My husband won't go to Italy because a friend went and said it was super EXPENSIVE and his excuse to not go to Hawaii is the flight is toooo long and he has a bad back and cannot sit for 13 hours!

  2. I can't believe all the places you have gone to *a little green with envy*, lol. Anyway, I've always wanted to visit Bora Bora and stay in one of those houses in the water that's on stilts. It just looks so peaceful and quite (something I do have with 3 kids 4yrs old and under). Have a great trip!

  3. The one place that I've always wanted to visit and will probably have to wait until the kids are grown is Hawaii. Now, one vacation I've wanted to take for a while with the kids is a trip on the Disney Cruise Line, hopefully that will happen sooner than later.

    Have a wonderful trip!

  4. Jana, congrats on all the hits. Your blog is GREAT. I would love to go to Italy and Canada. I so want to go visit Em, the Stamping Bella herself.

  5. I would have to agree that I am a tiny bit jealous of your traveling adventures! Okay, so tiny bit doesn't really cover it. But, I'm happy for you so it's not so bad, right?

    I have always wanted to go to Ireland. I would just absolutely love seeing all of that green rolling land and I think the beer would make hubby happy! {wink}

  6. Oh my, there are so many places that I would love to go. I guess first on my list would have to be Alaska. I have heard how beautiful it is there. I have been to Europe when I was a child so would love to revisit some of the same places, but doubt that will ever happen now. Thanks for the blog candy and the chance to dream about where I would love to go.

  8. OMG... you are going to Greece? THAT'S the place I've always wanted to go. Ever since I had a penpal from their when I was in grade school! Sigh... don't forget to visit Crete, the parthenon, the acropolis... I hope those are all there hehhee. So much to visit and so little time lol.

    Have fun! Woo HOO!

  10. Jana,
I have enjoyed reading your blog everyday and "learning" German. I am itching to go to Australia & New Zeland. Yes, I know that is two places, but they are close enough together that I could visit both places on one trip.

  11. Wow - what a great collection of "candy"! Thanks! Well...I've been to Germany twice & would love to go back, but I would really, really like to go to Norway (& Denmark) where one set of my g-grandparents were from - who knows... might even find relatives!

  12. I would love to visit England and Scotland again. I did this when in college for a history class. I also would love to see Germany and Sweden. Congrats on the hits!! You have an awesome blog

  15. Hi Jana! Your bon bons are tooooo generous!

I would LOVE to go to Australia; it's been on my list for a while, so I'm hoping in the next year to so... my 25th anniversary is coming up. Maybe by then *wistful*

    ReplyDelete
  16. Love your blog!!

Someday I will do a long long trip to Australia and New Zealand. Someday...

    ReplyDelete
  17. Wow--you are so generous. I must say though, that I love your blog and check it daily. Keep up the good work.

Now, the place that I'd really like to go is England and Scotland. I've been there many times, since that's where my Mom and grandparents were from. But I want to take my two teen boys there, so they get a feel for their roots, and a feel for history that's more than a 100 years old! I'm dying to show them the Dumbarton Castle (every trip we climbed through it, and took a pic on the cannons. I want to do that with them.) and Westminster Abbey and all those other things.

I really need to win the lottery!

    Thanks, Janet B

  18. Greece is one of the spots on my list...you are so lucky to be heading there in a week. I just went to Italy in the Spring, it had been on the top of my list. Went on a girls only trip. We were all having our big birthdays this year and decided to make our own party. I agree with Janet, need to win the lottery!! Have a great time.

  19. I know continental Europe is a little gaseous but I would love to get in a little roadster and tour around, stopping at little cafes and museums throughout...of course, I would have to go for many weeks to make it all worthwhile! Thanks Jana!

  20. I've been to Greece and definitely would want to go back. I've never been to Paris, so I'd like to go there someday. When I was in school I spent a semester in Rome and travelled all over, but not to Paris. During that time there's alot of bombings and protests, so my train never made it there. So much so that our honeymoon ended up in Paris Hotel, Las Vegas. That was the closest I've been. :)

  21. I've been really lucky in that I lived in Europe to 11 years, so I've seen and done a lot and hate to ask for more.....but a wish would be to go back to Switzerland to visit my two young grandchildren and then off to Portugal....it's a spot I did not make during my "tours" aboard.

Congrats of you big number of strikes.

I dream about the European chocolate!

  69. Some place I have always wanted to visit is the Orkney Islands, Scotland, UK. My great grandfather was born there and moved to Ontario, Canada in 1871. Unfortunately his children didn’t know much about their Scottish Heritage to pass down and it wasn’t until I became interested in genealogy in 1993 that we were able to find anything about this side of our family. Now I have the family traced back to the early 1700’s and have all the documents. The more I learn about this side of my family, the more I want to visit Scotland.
Hope you have a wonderful trip!
