Happy Anniversary to me!

German Phrase of the Day: Lass uns feiern! = Let us celebrate! Feiern is pronounced FEYE-ehrn, and if you can translate that into actual sounds, congratulations...we should feiern! :-)

7 years ago today, I married a most wonderful man. He is a wonderful friend, an amazing father, and an excellent provider among other things. I consider myself very lucky to have him, and smarter still to hold on to him. I showed you the anniversary card I made for him in this post a week or so back. I'm not sure he fully understood the sentiment...that even though life isn't always "Happily Every After" it's the fact that we have to work to keep our relationship a happy and fulfilling one that makes it all the more appreciated. Plus...I figured grumpy would be a good representation of me lately!! Poor guy!

So, today I am showing you a card made by a friend of mine here in Germany. She came over to stamp one day and use my cuddlebug folders, and created this beautiful wedding card! I think it is so incredibly elegant!!

Supplies: (all supplies are SU! unless otherwise noted)
Stamps: All Year Cheer I, II, or III
CS:
Baroque Burgundy, whisper white
Ink:

And if you're curious...the new photo on the right was taken shortly after we got engaged...which we did while scuba diving in the Bahamas!
