Honestly, it's probably going to take me longer to write this post than it did to make the card. It was a 10 minute card, because I had to be fast and finish before hubby returned from his run! So...I cut the card base itself, then the dp, and sponged the edges. Then I decided I was going to clip the corners, so I had to go grab that punch and punch em off. I punched my scalloped circle, then cut the vanilla circle with my coluzzle and sponged the edges of both. Next, I stamped that cute little crab and colored him in with markers (faster!) Oh...and then I decided to doodle in the scallop marks...just getting a little obsessive I guess! :-)
I assembled everything, decided I needed brads in the corners, and then tried to think what would work for a greeting. I wanted "Hey Babe, what's cookin'" but knew I couldn't fit it with my Karen snap stamps...and no time to print from computer. So, I pulled out my GinaK Make a Wish set, omitted the ! from the end of the greeting while inking, and added the question mark with my marker. Don't you just love him?!? I sure do!!
Have a great weekend everyone!!
