Happy Birthday Yvette!

Today is my good diva and blogging buddy Yvette's bday. Hers is just 2 days before mine, so we get to share a birthday weekend. Hope you're having lots of fun today Girlfriend!! And I'm sorry, your card will be quite late (as in, it hasn't been mailed yet!)

Here's a bday card I finally finished making today (and no, it's not going to Yvette!). I started this card about a month ago, made the waves and the sand and stamped the crab in red on red. My 4 year-old daughter declared that did not look good, so I re stamped him in black. Then it sat on my desk for about a month. Finally, this morning I pulled it out from under the pile and finished him off. I think he's cute!! However, do not expect to see any more of this card. I do NOT like cutting things out, and this crab is at the very top of that list!! From now on, he's getting stamped and watercolored, and NOT cut out!!!
