I am the biggest doofus head ever!!!
I was doing my laundry like a good little Haus Frau, and had just moved everything to the dryer and started it. It went kaplunk, kaplunk, kaplunk, so I stopped it and felt around - figuring I'd find one of Julia's plastic animals. Nope...no such luck. I found my iPod Nano. I muttered many expletives and am now ready to cry. How can I clean without my tunes? I think I'll go curl up in the fetal position for a while now. Just FYI...iPods and water don't mix. Or soap. Or washing machines. Or probably even dryers. Oh well.

Jana, don't despair!!!! My husband sent his Nano through the wash several months ago. It didn't look good at first, but a few days later it was FINE!!!!!! That was several months ago and it's still keeping him happy on his way to work!
ReplyDeleteOh, that's HEARTBREAKING! Right now, my nano spends most of the time on solitaire, but I would be terribly sad if I couldn't plug my buds in and ignore the kids!!!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's because my cell phone needed company. I ranover it with my car when it fell out of my pocket at the ATM drive thru. It still sorta works but the screen is dead so I am on my own to know who I am calling. 3 more months before I get a new one but this happened last spring less than a year into it.
